Our production setup supports both small custom orders and larger-volume manufacturing, ensuring consistent quality, stable performance, and timely delivery.
Surface Treatment
We operate powder coating, anodizing, and oxidation lines to provide aluminum profiles with enhanced appearance and improved resistance to corrosion, wear, and fading. These treatments not only extend service life but also meet diverse aesthetic and functional needs across different industries.
Machining
Our machining workshop is equipped with CNC equipment and 3 milling machines to handle precise milling, drilling, cutting, and other deep-processing tasks. This ensures that every profile meets exact dimensional standards, assembly requirements, and customer-specific tolerances.
Assembly
We provide assembly services to connect and pre-fabricate aluminum components for doors, windows, curtain walls, railings, and various structural applications. This reduces on-site labor, improves installation efficiency, and ensures consistent quality in the final application.
Warehousing
